These are new characters so that's why but Jonathan Hickman is a famous comic book writer. He's rich and has a big house in texas.
Marvel has a lot of cosmic beings that are pretty much aspects of reality and can claim the titles of gods. But I get why its a crossroads type thing with this because most are paired with each other or opposites of one another. I wonder if this is coinciding with the whole king in black and the beyonders. An order to marvels cosmos definitely needs to happen though its a bit chaotic.
So excited for these new characters especially Wyn and Aiko

@Matthew Loh we will see, he pops up at the gala, character been missing since hickman rehauled the whole X universe and he was the lead of the event just prior where he literally became the mutant God and this event is all about the marvel gods.....he might be an original character but right now a lot points toward Nate.

I can't wait for Hickman to write an amazing series and then for editorial to take it away from him before he can finish it so what we're with is a collection of 'fine' comics that fans drop because what was special about the series has long since dried up

Hickman was one of my all-time favourite writers- but after the continuity train wreck that is Krakoan X-men- I'm very worried about this. Hope I'm proving wrong and he has better editorial direction this time. Please don't destroy the cosmic lore too Marvel!

@Kiyo reading all marvel comics in order is not the way to go. just pick up something that looks interesting to you and then branch out by writer or character

Nah the main protagonist and the one you see in the book cover is called Wyn he isn’t Doctor Strange
@accel_boost4752 I know who Wyn is, and in the Doctor Strange book, Wyn is involved in the war that created the next villain, General Strange. So this whole event could be tied to General Strange fighting the gods who locked him away.
